Welcome to the Wilhelm Theis GmbH team. Your colleagues will introduce you to the world of technical building equipment and customers from day one. It is very important to us that you feel really comfortable with us from your first day at work.

Various options are available to you here. The easiest is the application process on our website. You are also welcome to email us your application documents bewerbung@theis-gmbh.de send or via the old-fashioned postal route.
We would like to know what drives you and whether you fit in with us. You are welcome to communicate this in a short email or in a short cover letter. Furthermore, we are of course interested in your previous career and any practical experience you may have and look forward to receiving your CV. On top of that, you are welcome to attach your most recent certificate to your documents.
We start the application process in the autumn of the year before the apprenticeship begins. Send us your application and we will get in touch with you by phone or email within a few days.
We conduct an initial introductory meeting online as a video interview. If it suits both sides, the next step is a personal meeting on site.
We also offer taster and practice days. During the practical days, you will get to know the company, everyday work and the team better, and you can see whether we are a perfect match for you.
As a rule, we publish our apprenticeship positions a year before the start of the apprenticeship, so that you can apply directly.

We not only train, we also teach our specialists (m/f/d) of tomorrow.
And it is important to be able to use them optimally in the company even after the training.
A secondary school leaving certificate is required for the training occupations.
We have trained trainers for each area who will look after you throughout your training. In addition, there are permanent contact persons in the departments who support you.
Of course, you can continue your education after your apprenticeship and continue to grow in our company. There are many different options depending on your profession, including:
