Wilhelm Theis GmbH has been one of the leading technical building suppliers in the region for over 90 years. Around 90 employees work at our location in Bad Marienberg and as part of our large-scale projects throughout Germany - from office buildings to shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, residential properties to sports and event facilities.

Your tasks

You ensure that our customers' heating, plumbing and air conditioning systems operate smoothly.
You are responsible for maintenance and repair work as well as eliminating disruptions in regional small customer service and on large construction sites across Germany (approx. 30% assembly share).
You will also be responsible for sanitary repairs, bathroom renovations and modernizations.
After each use, create a service and maintenance report.
You report to the Head of Service and work closely with our warehouse team. Your writing style is convincing.

Your profile

You have training as a system mechanic for plumbing, heating and air conditioning technology or are a trained electrician with additional qualifications in the area of heating technology.
With us you can gain and apply experience with different systems and with heat generators based on renewable energies.
Our customers are impressed by your solution-oriented and careful way of working, your committed and friendly demeanor and your punctuality.
Her personal mission: Satisfied customers. You are willing (approx. once a month) to take over emergency and on-call services and go the extra mile for your customers.
You bring relevant knowledge in the field of materials science.
You have German language skills at C2 level and are able to communicate with our customer contacts (domestic engineering department or private households) on an equal footing.
You are physically fit and have a class B driving license.
