Wilhelm Theis GmbH has been one of the leading technical building suppliers in the region for over 90 years. Around 90 employees work at our location in Bad Marienberg and as part of our large-scale projects throughout Germany - from office buildings to shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, residential properties to sports and event facilities.

Your tasks
  • You calculate and manage demanding HVAC projects from the construction inquiry to the final invoice along with the associated correspondence
  • In coordination with the project manager, you will take care of the calculation, including the price request, up to the flat rate for large projects with the corresponding interface definition
  • At the start of the project, prepare everything: specialist contractor certificates, guarantee forms, instructions to safety officers and registration of employees
  • You check contracts, write advance invoices, create payment plans and write addenda based on input from the senior fitter and project manager (m/f/d)
  • You hold the reins firmly and take on all commercial and administrative work within the projects, including digital filing
  • You are in constant contact with clients via email or telephone
  • You are open to taking on special tasks, e.g. B. in the areas of marketing or defect processing
Your profile
  • You have completed commercial training, e.g. B. as an office clerk or as an industrial clerk (m/f/d).
  • Thanks to your basic commercial knowledge, you are able to handle all commercial issues within the project competently and independently
  • Ideally, you already have initial knowledge of materials science in HVAC companies, which you may have gained in a wholesaler or an executing company
  • If you have already gained professional experience in a TGA company, we would be pleased, otherwise you can gain this with us without restrictions
  • Your very good knowledge of German (C2 level) will help you to process any commercial correspondence professionally and carefully
  • You are fit to use the Office products Word, Excel, Outlook as well as the PDF-X-Change Editor
