Wilhelm Theis GmbH has been one of the leading technical building suppliers in the region for over 90 years. Around 90 employees work at our location in Bad Marienberg and as part of our large-scale projects throughout Germany - from office buildings to shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, residential properties to sports and event facilities.

Your tasks
  • You take over the complete processing of the accounting up to the preparation of the annual financial statements and are the direct interface to the management
  • You can post incoming and outgoing invoices and bank statements confidently and efficiently using DATEV
  • Regularly carrying out payment and dunning runs is one of your central tasks to ensure a smooth process
  • Your area of ​​responsibility also includes the preparation of sales tax reports and statistical reports
  • You will take on tasks in the area of ​​reporting and carry out subsequent calculations for projects with DATEV. You will also take care of guarantees so that everything is perfectly secured
  • You will undertake preparatory annual financial statement work so that our tax advisor can prepare the annual financial statements smoothly
Your profile
  • You have completed commercial training, e.g. B. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial or office clerk (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, you have initial practical experience in accounting. Career starters with an affinity for accounting are also welcome
  • DATEV knowledge is an advantage for this position
  • You impress with your strong affinity for numbers as well as your structured, precise and reliable way of working. You are also familiar with digital working methods
  • You are experienced in using common Office applications
