Wilhelm Theis GmbH has been one of the leading technical building suppliers in the region for over 90 years. Around 90 employees work at our location in Bad Marienberg and as part of our large-scale projects throughout Germany - from office buildings to shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, residential properties to sports and event facilities.

Your tasks
  • You coordinate our SHK construction projects in a structured and timely manner, keep a close eye on budgets, deadlines, quality and project progress and report directly to the management.
  • You advise and are the first point of contact for our clients and act as an interface between the office, construction management and fitters.
  • As part of the weekly construction and planning meetings, you coordinate appointments, work and assembly plans across all trades and make decisions.
  • In collaboration with our technical office, you will ensure that our fitters have the latest plans and technical information available to them in a timely manner.
  • They recognize deviations and changes from the construction target and prepare appropriate decision templates and addenda.
  • They prepare payment plans and work hand in hand with our calculations.
Your profile
  • You are a master or technician (m/f/d) in the field of supply technology or have completed a degree in engineering. Technically talented career changers are also welcome.
  • You have gained initial experience in coordinating or managing (partial) projects.
  • You bring relevant knowledge of the VOB/B with you
  • Even in difficult project phases you are able to prioritize, always have an overview of the "big picture" and are assertive
  • You always communicate in a service-oriented and binding manner and thus inspire our customers
  • You are willing to travel - you spend up to 40% of your working time on our construction sites

For us, no two projects are the same; we learn from each one. We live the topic of flat hierarchies and work very closely and easily with the management. As a team we stick together and help each other. We like to celebrate together, e.g. B. at our company parties with the entire team or in smaller groups at our garage parties.
