Wilhelm Theis GmbH has been one of the leading technical building suppliers in the region for over 90 years. Around 90 employees work at our location in Bad Marienberg and as part of our large-scale projects throughout Germany - from office buildings to shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, residential properties to sports and event facilities.

Your tasks
  • You are responsible for the planning and graphical implementation of heating, plumbing and refrigeration systems on a CAD basis using AutoCAD and REVIT.
  • You create mass statements for service descriptions
  • You carry out the technical design and coordination with the construction site with regard to technical detail work
  • For the purpose of sampling by the client, compile data sheets with components
  • You get an impression on site, take over the line routing in the plans and regularly update our as-built plans
  • You take on the technical clarification of specifications between planners and product manufacturers
  • You are responsible for checking existing plans for changes, comparing the plan server with the plans created on a weekly basis and creating plan delivery lists.
Your profile
  • You have training as a system planner or technical draftsman (m/f/d) or as a CAD specialist in the area of ​​TGA/building technology.
  • You have already gained initial professional experience in a HVAC company or in a planning office with a focus on TGA.
  • You are proficient in dealing with office programs and using design programs for building technology systems from various manufacturers.
  • You have a good technical understanding and enjoy finding a solution for every technical requirement.
  • For daily communication within the department and as part of the project, you need at least level B2 German knowledge.
  • You have a class B driving license and are prepared to carry out on-site recordings on construction sites.
